The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will work Mon-Fri 6am-4pm one week 8:30am-7:30pm the next and be responsible for:Perform full range of plant maintenance tasks and repairs on a proactive/planned and reactive basis.Use predictive maintenance techniques such as thermo-graphic imaging and vibration analysis as well as experience, skill and judgement to make regular assessments of the plant conditionImplement equipment reliability improvements and develop new maintenance work-flow methods and techniques.Process optimisation to ensure maximum efficiencyEmploy Preventive/Predictive maintenance techniques to achieve benchmark plant reliabilityEnsure availability of critical sparesManage own work flows to remain within maintenance budgetOversee projects when requiredEnsure adherenvce to safe system of work, ppe permits, risk assessment etcThe successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will have:Technical school higher qualification (NVQ) or Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent knowledge with relevant hands on experience.Electrical qualification.Basic understanding of preventtitive/predictive maintenance techniques.Excellent technical, analytical and fault-finding skills.Good knowledge of Maintenance process and activities.PC literate, competent computer skills.Proven continuous improvement skills.Working knowledge of technical English (verbal and written).Experience in supervising contractors.IPAF License.Confined Space trained.Mansafe system trained.
