As Continuous Improvement Technician you will report to the CI/4IR Manager and tasked with driving efficiencies/cost savings across the business, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Health and Safety. By liaising with each department, you will develop strategies to identify cost/time saving opportunities, whilst delivering on LEAN projects that drive sustainable improvements. You will create analytics to document, report and present your findings and project milestones.Duties:Communicating effectively with each individual department to drive improvements and operational cost savings across the manufacturing teams.Work proactively to develop and implement strategies focused on cost saving and process optimizationFacilitate cross departmental cooperation to ensure effect implementation of cost saving measures.The Continuous Improvement Technician will be a LEAN champion, with an evident background of driving cost improvements within manufacturing settings.
