The role of the Transport Manager is fundamental for the business to achieve its high service levels, ensuring all customer deliveries are completed accurately and on time. They will contribute to developing a customer-oriented, solutions-focused team culture and will take full accountability for the transport budget, KPI's, service levels and the O license. You will be accountable for all people management responsibilities within the team as well as Health and Safety. The successful candidate will take online management for a team of circa 4 office staff and have overall responsibility for a team of circa 30 drivers.
