Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to the F1 Security Vetting Coordinator and Corporate Security Manager, to assist on the onboarding and vetting of candidates joining Formula 1. Provide an industry leading onboarding experience for hiring managers as well as candidates, ensuring that all communications are proactive and timelines met. Assist in the progress tracking of prospective candidates joining Formula 1, and send reminders to speed up the onboarding when required. Provide administrative support to the F1 Vetting Coordinator, F1 Corporate Security Manager & F1 Security Operations Lead on the wider background checks of Known Consignor training. Coordinate SLA meetings with the external vetting provider, record meeting minutes, actions and scoring. Assist the vetting coordinator and the HR team in the continuous improvement of the onboarding experience. When required, assist the Vetting Coordinator facilitate priority onboarding of candidates. Update and maintain key documentation, including the Vetting Intranet, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. Assist with F1 Security team purchase orders and invoicing for both People & Assets, and Circuit Delivery. Provide data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance of documentation. Build excellent relationships with internal departments and external agencies such as Finance, Legal, Circuit Logistics, Broadcast, Human Resources and Procurement. Scheduling ad-hoc meetings and taking minutes when needed. About You At least one year working in an office environment in a similar role. IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations, spreadsheets & file management. High attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to deliver. Good coordination and time management skills Positive ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent attention to detail and driven by clear/ concise communication. Comfortable being the interface between different departments. Comfortable engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Network Engineer to join our IT team based in our Biggin Hill Campus to commission, maintain and operate the Formula 1 IT Network Infrastructure. Specification Essentials Degree, HND/C in IT related Subject or relevant experience Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing & Switching (CCNA) IT networking experience Network switching, routing and Wi-Fi in a Cisco environment (IOS and NX-OS) Aptitude for fault finding Proactive, self-motivated and organised A good flexible and adaptable attitude Ability to travel with the UK and Internationally Reporting into the IT Network Manager, you will: Commission and maintain the IT Network Infrastructure at fixed sites Rig, commission and then following the event de-rig the IT Network Infrastructure at Grand Prix events. Have a positive input on designs upgrades and planning. Be responsible for operational systems and intervene where and when required. Ensure the IT Network Infrastructure is compliant with GPDR regulation and SOX compliance. Share knowledge and experience with team members in a manner that enhances the overall performance of the team. Provide and maintain a secure IT working environment for the business. Produce reports and statistics as required. Provide user support as necessary within the organisation. Be available to work on the IT Network Infrastructure outside of usual ‘Business Hours’, both planned and unplanned (on-call). Be available to work remotely on systems at the Broadcast Centre during ‘event hours’ Travel when required to Grand Prix events to be part of a team supporting the IT Network Infrastructure.
