The role of Head of HR Advisory Services is a fast-paced and challenging role, you will take full responsibility for a large team of around 60 HR professionals (Supported by Team Leaders), providing HR Advisory Services to a wide range of clients.Duties will include but not limited to:Direct the operational management of the HR Advisory team and the output of work.Manage team performance within a contact centre environment ensuring they meet KPIs and quality standards whilst maintaining a high standard of service provided to clients.Coach, inspire, motivate and support the team as necessary to maintain strong working relationships within the team and with clientsResponsible for the performance and increase in efficiencies across the full advisory team including introducing new ways to improve our service.Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR leadership role.
