Design lead and drive the internal communications and engagement activities to encourage a sense of belonging, purpose, and ambition across the UK.You will lead on all UK employee engagement activities such as proactive engagement survey management and affiliate action planning. Leading change management initiatives for the UK- leveraging the global toolkits.Advise business partners and line managers on change management tools and approaches.
