The role As a Power Platform/D365 Solutions Architect, you will be working within the Managed Services Power Platform Centre of Excellence Delivery Team, where you’ll be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements. Collaborate with other architects, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems where applicable. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders, enabling them to effectively utilise and adopt Power Platform solutions. Act as technical escalation point for BAU activities and complex service support issues. Support Business as usual activities, such as Service Reviews and Business Reviews Work in an agile way to design and deliver a backlog of work items for our customers. Collaborate with stakeholders in managing and prioritising product backlogs, and enabling stakeholders with regards agile methodologies, relevant tools and ceremonies. What will I bring to the role?
