The Assistant Service Manager will work with the Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Cancer Pathway Trackers, Lead Clinicians and CNSs to ensure that clinical information recorded to the highest quality and validity. To organise and monitor training for the team as required to ensure the relevant data metrics reported are complete. To do this they will become familiar with all cancer data collection systems across the Trust and will lead the development of robust information systems to support Cancer data tracking. Manage and monitor performance of the administrative support to ensure that the service meets its financial and operating targets.
