* Liaising with clients and their stakeholders on daily basis* Dealing with tenant applications* Identify Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's, assist with various internal and external teams on these matters.* Assist with preparing reports for client meetings* Liaising with various teams to ensure maintenance contracts are followed and managed* Recognizing , instructing and managing jobs with Client's dedicated FM provider.* Liaising with property management accounts team on production of budgets and managing budgets/expenditure accordingly.* Liaising with property administrators for arrears recovery, setting up new properties, completing change notes, updating the Helpdesk and Tramps, etc.* Due diligence for disposals* Reporting to Clients in a timely and accurate manner* Ensuring day to day issues are addressed and resolved in a cost effective manner mitigating Client expenditure at all timesExperience in site inspections and able to work alone on site while adhering to lone working policies. * IOSH qualified as a minimum standard and has a good understanding of H&S* An understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law is beneficial* Good working knowledge of Health and safety procedures* Previous experience of managing commercial property* Previous use of and good understanding of Tramps and Meridian systems (or similar) * Full clean driving licence is mandatory, and a willingness to travel to cover a large geographical portfolio of inspections.
