The role is crucial in tracking the repairs & services we manage for our broad client base to SLA's and the accurate reporting of this to the wider business. Responsibilities include; Liaising with repair agents on various maintenance issues and updating our systems with detailed and accurate information. Being aware of each customer's service contract obligations and individual operating requirements or restrictions, including financial, and escalate repairs that will not meet these to the appropriate Fleet Controller.
